- Raised in Taipei, Taiwan, I have a BA in Communications. I am a disabled Cold War, Desert Shield, Desert Storm Air Force veteran (I enlisted for 4 yrs and never left Sheppard AFB, TX). Have worked Civil Service as a LAN Administrator for the past 14 years. I married my best friend, Cathy, in 1988 and have two beautiful children, Allison - 8 and Sara - 4. Both were preemies and Sara has Cystic Fibrosis (but you'd never know it). We have lived in Wichita Falls for the past 18 years.

What are we coming to when these things take place and they don't need any permission, or ok from any of our government officials--they already have that....again, scawy.
